I vacationed in Aruba twice during the summer of 2003, June and August, and spent both times at the Wyndham. I did a lot of research on hotels beforehand for something nice but also affordable, and both times when looking, the Wyndham just had the best deals. I had a great experience. The rooms were always clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I just liked the hotel overall. The only thing about the Wyndham that people may want to know if they don't already know by now is that they call it the "Windy Wyndham" for a reason... to lay on the beach directly in front of the hotel is nearly impossible. The wind is so bad that it actually hurts when the sand whips you! All we did was relocating on the beach--not a problem.
