"Nestled in downtown Oranjestad are the A1 apartments, established by the Kemp Family in 1985. Ever since many guests have been entertained and unforgettable memories made. These 6 apartments are owned and operated by us, Stanley, Ingrid and Samuel Kemp and are clustered around our humble home so that we can be readily available to assist our guests and make their stay more enjoyable and inexpensive our aim is to offer a real native, cozy ambiance combined with that personal service you deserve along with its privacy, security and above all a clean environment, which leads to a vacation well spent.

People who stay at the A1 Apartments quickly become like family to us, some returning back year after year to their extended family on the happy island of Aruba. We are centrally located with easy access to the beaches, downtown, supermarkets, bus terminal and besides we have the know how and resources to recommend and reserve, car rentals, activities, shows, tours etc.

A1 apartments are clean facilities featuring private entrance, full kitchen (stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and cutlery), private bathroom, Air-conditioning, Television, Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry services, private balcony, Jacuzzi hot tub, barbeque grill, internet access, telephone, fax and email services. All this is provided at competitive rates.

A1 apartments are located in a secure area in the heart of Oranjestad the capital city of Aruba, 10 walking minutes from the downtown area (main street, harbor, bus terminal, night clubs, restaurants, post office) 5 walking minutes from the nearest supermarkets and 15 walking minutes from the nearest beach. We are also very close to laundries, malls, deli/cheese shops, gas stations, travel agents, bakery, souvenir shops, banks (and ATM's), gym and much more, all this makes A1 Apartments is the best location for your vacation.
